Chicago Dungeon Rentals is a discreet, fully equipped, immaculately clean multi-room BDSM themed play space available to couples, photographers and dominatrices for private rentals by the hour or for an overnight stay.

LONG Description of CDR

Established in 2013, Chicago Dungeon Rentals is a discreet, fully equipped, immaculately clean multi-room BDSM themed play space created to provide novice and experienced couples alike with a safe and welcoming environment to explore their desires in a private setting.

CDR operates two Chicago locations. Our 1,800 square foot Logan Square location features an artfully decorated kitchen, living room and bedroom and two private playrooms: Red Room and The Chamber. All rooms include adjustable lighting and speakers to create atmospheres that vary from warm and romantic to harsh and intense. The two playrooms contain an array of small equipment including padded wrist and ankle cuffs, gags, rope, spreader bars, floggers, whips, paddles, crops, canes, nipple clamps, blindfolds, collars and hoods. The custom built bondage furniture in each playroom includes a padded bondage table, St. Andrews cross and padded spanking bench, and Additionally, The Chamber has an 8’x10’ suspension frame suitable for use with our leather love sling.

The individual playrooms or entire Logan Square facility are available to first time visitors and repeat renters for rentals by the hour or for an overnight stay.

Our 900 square foot West Loop location is a single open studio space with a kitchenette and shower. The custom-built bondage furniture at this location includes a queen-sized padded bondage with a metal canopy frame suitable for suspension, stationary St. Andrew’s cross, rotating Catherine’s wheel, padded spanking bench, and 8’x8’ suspension frame with an electric winch that are both suitable for use with our leather love sling.  In addition to small equipment similar to that available in our Logan Square playrooms and the bondage furniture located throughout the space, there is a designated reception area with seating and a medical themed play area with a vintage medical exam table.

The West Loop location is available as an additional option for repeat renters who have already utilized at our Logan Square location.
