As a courtesy due to the unpredictable public health situation we have changed our cancelation policy from 48 hours to 24 hours. If you cancel longer 24 hours of more before your rental you will receive a full refund. If you are flying in from outside Chicago and your flight is significantly delayed or canceled we will issue you a full refund of your rental deposit.

CDR takes your safety very seriously. Our standard dungeon cleaning practices have always included cleaning products and techniques commonly used at medical facilities.
